Professional profile:	Change leader: strategic and practical ownership of significant change and development initiatives in several sectors; includes detailed project management of complex modernisation/large-scale procurement programs and cost saving initiatives through control of the supply pipeline for all aspects of business from construction to consumables, energy, transport, staffing and marketing. Wide range of experience spans the energy industry; manufacturing; raw materials; trade; information technology, banking and property in Western economies plus Russia, Central Asia and Eastern Europe. Recently: Head of Procurement Integration for Alcoa�s new manufacturing infrastructure in Russia, transforming legacy plants into a competitive resource; responsible for $200m in projects at 2 plants, leading a team of engineers and specialists through complete project lifecycle from contractor selection to final negotiations; new buildings, substantial refurbish, road and rail links, offices; substantial experience in London property and procurement modernisation programs for Baltic state banks. Previously: involved in a completely different style of sourcing: the acquisition of intellectual capital within Russia for Intel; before that enjoyed extensive experience of cross border sourcing, shipping and logistics with Russian trading conglomerate, Mertson; before that brokered trade deals as a lawyer and worked as a shipping broker in the Baltic States.
