Worked as an Engineer in Steel Melting shop with FACOR from July 95 to May 2004. Worked as Engineer from May 2004 to Aug.2004 with ISSAL Jejuri. Worked with Lloyds Steel as a Sr. Engineer from Sep.2004 to June 2005. Worked with KCSSL as Asst. .Manager in SMS from June 2005 to July 2006. Presently working with ISPAT INDUSTRIES on EAF from July 2006 as Jr.Manager. Working Area: Worked as Shift incharge & AOD incharge in FACOR. At LRF in ISSAL, Lloyds and KCSSL and also as a shift in charge as per requirement in KCSSL. Presently working on EAF (CON ARC) as EAF incharge in shift. Working Responsibility & Experience: - To manage all the shift activities of EAF area. - To get good recovery of Cr, Ni, Si, during S.S. making in AOD & in VOD. - To control gas level as well as temp. in AOD. - To achieve proper VD on LRF and to control gas level. Good experience of Ball Bearing Steel, Valve Steel, Sulphur grade, Low Carbon Steel, High & Medium Carbon Steel, High Nitrogen Grade in 300 & other 300,400,200 series, High AI Steel, Microalloyed steel. Software Knowledge : Operating System Win 95, Win 98 C Language, JAVA Achivements : Letter of appreciation for controlling Fe(T) in f/c. Best employee of the month in April 07 in SMS.
