Professional profile:	I am currently working as a sales engineer on behalf of MN Company in various steel plants (ESSAR, ISPAT, MUKAND, MUSCO and ISIBARS) since 1998. Now a days I am responsible for four plants ( MUKAND KALWE, MUSCO, ISIBARS, VIPRAS) In those plants I devloped so many monolithic business by my innovative thinking. For exp- pouring Ladle bottom, VOD roof, Arc furnace water-cooling panel, Blooming, Wire rod & bar mill hearth cast able, Pickling plant hearth cast able. In MUSCO we developed LRF delta, (previously it was made by Bricks � life 140) achieved record life 351. E.F delta life was 445 heats. We are also doing vertical pre-heater, horizontal pre-heater, ladle cover, tundish back up lining by LC cast able. Total business is 2.5 cores. In ISIBARS we also get cast able order for rolling mill hearth. In other area we also supply Pre-fired block for various rolling mill (Burner Block. I have lot of experience in Slide gate (ESSAR, ISPAT, I am responsible for maintenance & operation), Continuous casting,Tundish refactory & MGO spraying mass, Blast furnace turf casting maintenance . My responsibility is to run the Tundish management in both MUSCO, MUKAND plant
